In just 15 minutes, IN CIRCLES tells the story of two men as they struggle to re-enter society, and of the group that helps them toward this goal. Both men are convicted sex offenders. This film provides rare and valuable insight into an important social problem that is seldom discussed.

Emile Bokaer

Emile Bokaer's filmmaking practice is based on a strong sense of empathy and a sincere desire to connect with people. He speaks several languages and worked around the world. His films have shown internationally, including at the Edinburgh International Film Festival and the Media hat Matters Film Festival. In 2010 he received an MFA from Stanford University’s graduate program in Documentary Film & Video, and he is a founding member of the San Francisco production company Dogpatch Films.
