"I enjoyed LET OUR PEOPLE GROW. I found its presentation convincing, and will use it on a unit on the controversy of medical marijuana for my pharmacology students."
MORE ABOUT THE FILM
|
Set against the backdrop of a raucous courtroom exchange between the Sheriff and medical marijuana patients, Let Our People Grow presents dramatic testimony in favor of legal medical marijuana. An AIDS patient, an epilepsy sufferer, a paraplegic and others all testify that marijuana is often the only thing that relieves their suffering. They don't like being criminals, but if they have to choose between relief from their pain and criminality, they all choose to live outside the law.
