David Sebastiao

David Sebastiao is an award-winning filmmaker and training developer based in Baltimore, MD. He currently owns and operates Silent Media Group, a media production company that strives to uplift local voices and issues through documentary film. Over the years, he has produced several short and long-form documentaries, including the award-winning features "Hiding in the Walls" in 2022 and "Not in Service" in 2026.
