Lexi Leban

Lexi Leban (Producer / Director / Cinematographer) is an independent filmmaker and educator. Her short films, More than a Paycheck, Her Tattoo, Labor and Tic Toc Bio Clock have screened at film festivals at home and abroad, from Yerba Buena Center for the Arts and the Mill Valley Film Festival to the Berlin International Film Festival, as well as online at PopcornQ.com. She was the co-producer of Mama Wuhunzi, a feature documentary about women building wheelchairs for use in developing countries. Selected screenings include the Tribeca Film Center and public television broadcasts. Ms. Leban has an MFA in film production from San Francisco State University and is an Associate Professor of the Digital Motion Picture Program at Cogswell College in Silicon Valley. She was recently appointed to the Board of Directors of FIlm Arts Foundation in San Francisco.
