In a world turning more and more to prepackaged, commercially produced programs, New Day Films offers independently produced films and videos that educate and inspire.

We are a collective of more than 50 filmmakers from across the United States representing over 100 films, a true cooperative and democratically run organization dedicated to bringing high quality social issue media to our audiences. We also have a strong commitment to promoting diversity within the membership of New Day and within the content of the media we distribute.

When you purchase independent media, you not only get work that is high in quality and social consciousness, but you help support independent visions and challenging points of view. As grant money for production dries up, your support of independent media becomes critical. It helps ensure the continued production of our work, which in turn ensures your access to independent media--to the independent stories and voices that are increasingly rare in this age of mega-media-mergers. Our prices may be a bit loftier than, say, Blockbuster's, but then again, so are our unit costs and our politics ;-).
